As always, BJS shows are in two parts, with the first being a note-for-note recreation of the album. Martel said he has played the Montgomery area before, and he’s glad to help bring this legendary album to life here, which includes some songs that Queen never performed live. It’s quite an accomplishment.”Īlong with being a solo artist, the Nashville resident has a vast amount of experience singing Queen’s songs in another tribute band that was formed by actual members of Queen. "For one band to fill up an hour plus of international super hits is pretty incredible. “They had an amazing number of hits,” said Martel said of Queen.
